I have watched Ploning, and I really don't think this should have been our entry to the Oscar Awards 2009. Yes, it depicts rural Filipinos, but the whole movie itself will not catch the juror's eyes to be considered in the final 5 nominees. One More Chance was a better movie this year among commercially released movies. Panaghoy sa Suba was a better movie than Ploning. BUT since Ploning is our entry, I am supporting Ploning all the way!!! I hope we make it through to the final nominees!!! Go Ploning!
