SEOUL -- Chinese helmer Yu Guangyi's "Survival Song" won the top prize Tuesday at the second edition of Cinema Digital Seoul (CinDi) festival.

The Red Chameleon prize and $20,000 cash is the second successive CinDi kudos for Yu, who last year received Director Award and Critics' Award for his "The Last Lumberjacks."

This year's jury included helmers Amos Gitai, Jia Zhang-Ke, Zhang Lu and cinematographer Kim Woo-hyung.

"Survival," a sequel of sorts to " Lumberjacks," shows a family living on pastureland and hunting in rural isolation in China's Changbai Mountain region.

A jury of international critics gave the Blue Chameleon Award to Japanese helmer Takahashi Izumi's "What the Heart Craves," a group drama that depicts emotional uncertainty.

The Green Chameleon Award, presented by Korean critics, went to "Voice of Rain That Comes at Night," Japanese helmer Igarashi Kohei's portrayal of poor lovers.

As an audience prize, the White Chameleon Award went to "Little Moth", helmer Peng Tao's neorealistic depiction about contemporary China.

The 2008 edition of CinDi screened a total of 71 films, 15 of them in competition. Sponsored by CJ Culture Foundation and the Arts Council Korea, the fest organizers reported that aud numbers in the sophomore frame repped a fourfold increase on the first edition.
