Pic, which is now lensing, is helmed by first-timer Matt Aselton and is skedded for delivery at the end of 2008.

Production is by Christine Vachon's Killer Films and Mindy Goldberg's Epoch Films, a commercials company that first ventured into movies with 2005's "Junebug."

Fortissimo has previously repped other Killer productions including "Camp" and "Party Monster."
