Big name talent commits to HAF |

HONG KONG – Asia's leading helmers including Im Sang-soo, Park
Chan-wook and Hideo Nakata have seen their upcoming projects selected
by the Hong Kong Asia Film Financing Forum (HAF).
The
project market (March 17-19), which takes place as part of the
Entertainment Expo and as an accompanying piece to FilMart, Wednesday
unveiled a line-up of 25 projects that will be presented to movie
financiers, distributors and sales agents.
Event also assembles
new pitches by "Blind Shaft" director Li Yang, recent Cannes Directors
Fortnight entrant Brillante Mendoza, Hong Kong's Pang Ho-cheung
("Isabella," "Exodus,") Korea's Bong Joon-ho and Thailand's Nonzee
Nimibutr. From further afield, the U.K.'s Richard Jobson will present
his Hong Kong-set "Bloodline," which already has commitments from Luc
Roeg's Independent Film Co. and Wong Kar-wai's Jettone Films Production.
