TOKYO -- Entertainment biz giant Bandai Namco Holdings will make group companies Bandai Visual and Bandai Networks wholly owned subsids, the company announced on Monday.

BNH had boosted its holdings of the two companies' stock to more than 90% of total shares by the end of November.

It plans to complete the acquisitions by Feb. 21. On Feb. 15 Bandai Visual will be delisted, from the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange; Bandai Networks will exit the Jasdaq.

Bandai Visual is a leader in the Japanese homevid market, handling titles in the iconic "Gundam" and "Ultraman" series. Bandai Networks supplies mobile communications contents and services.
