Also playing in the Toronto Film Festival is Johnnie To's MAD DETECTIVE which, according to the Hong Kong press, is in competition in the Venice Film Fest as well although I don't think Venice has announced it yet. Just cause it's Friday, here're a few more stills from To's reunion drama with Lau Ching-wan.

Judging from the Box office #'s EXILED did quite well for itself. It was only playing on two screens though. Here's hoping that it gets a wider release. It's an easy crowdpleaser with some fab cinematography and worship-worthy Anthony Wong performance.
